MAPCRUNCH PROGRESS REPORT
Okay. So first, I kept going down the FM. It turned into a not-FM, so I turned around, and eventually found my first highway: state highway 35.

I know that I’m too far west, as I would either hit pine trees, I-45, or the gulf if I was far enough east. This is a N-S highway though, and I’m not sure of that so I just pick a direction. I eventually ran into an area that was WAY too treeless to be in the right direction, so I turned around. AND THEN I FOUND A SIGN.

Actually, I can’t read most of the signs, so I go by street names as are on the map for the most part. I eventually ran into business 35, which meant it would go through a town, and I could probably figure out the town from there.

I didn’t recognize the town, but I found a highway that goes east-west, and I know I should go east, so I changed directions. And then, not far down the road…

BRAZORIA! I KNOW WHERE THAT IS! Well, kind of. I know where Brazoria County is (protip: it’s the one that floods all the time)—well, mostly. I don’t see pine trees, so I suspect I should keep going east. I’ll either run into I-45 or highway 59, both of w
